OBJECTIVE : I am looking to further my work experience/military involvement while continuing my education. I am working on completing my Associates Degree presently. I have learned many social and personal skills on behalf of my current enlistment in the United States Air Force, and through my experiences with other customer service related jobs. I�ve been trained on and exposed to many new safety guidelines and different protocols regarding OSHA and even FARs. I have been enlisted for over 4 years now and have been employed by many great companies. I am now looking to learn new things and better myself for my career within and outside of the Air Force.

? CURRENTLY working in the Finance Department in the Air Force Reserves in Financial Management/ Comptroller (6F0X1) (April 2017 - Present) : manage accounting systems and records. This role is tasked with processing payments for dispersal, determining the amount of available funds, performing financial audits and various other financial duties. The comptroller makes sure that funds are used responsibly and managed properly and efficiently. These financial services and resources support the Air Force's war-fighting mission. The individual filling the financial management and comptroller role engages in a wide variety of financial duties and responsibilities in any given day.
? PSA Airlines (CLT) - Flight Attendant : Guide and assist for safety and comfort to passengers. Always conduct safety check before flight. Greet and communicate with customers. Help passengers find their seats. Prepare and serve drinks and food to passengers. Take orders from passengers. Present emergency equipment and give instructions to passengers on how to use this equipment. Monitor, manage and secure the cabin .Adhere to all aviation rules and regulations. Assist passengers and cabin crew during emergency situations. Provide help to passengers with special needs (children, disabled persons, elders etc). Prepare and submit reports on flight incidents(Completed ground/flight school and CPR/AED training).( Passed I.O.E.July 2018 -May 2019. Resigned to focus on school.)
? Mesa Airlines (DFW) � Flight Attendant: Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure the plane is clean. Show safety and emergency measures such as the use of oxygen masks, seat belts, and exit doors. Offer information and support for safety and comfort to passengers. Welcome passengers, verify their tickets and direct them to their seats. Make and serve beverages and food to passengers. Respond to passengers' questions about flights, travel routes, and arrival times. Go to pre-flight briefings and study all the details of the flight. Lead passengers in case of emergency and give first aid to passengers if necessary. Offer support to passengers with special needs including children, disabled persons, or elders. (1P031) Aircrew Flight Equipment Craftsman (June 2015 � March 2017) : AIR FORCE RESERVE Manages, performs, and schedules inspections, maintenance, and adjustments of assigned aircrew flight equipment(AFE), aircrew chemical defense equipment (ACDE), and associated supplies, and inventories assets. Prepares, maintains, and monitors AFE operations. Disassembles, assembles, inspects, fabricates, cleans, repairs, and packs aerospace weapon system components such as protective clothing, flotation equipment, emergency evacuation systems, and parachutes. Schedules, supervises, and conducts aircrew chemical defense and aircrew continuation training. Prepares for response to use of chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear weapons contamination and supervises and conducts contamination control area processing.

AMC Theatre (River East 21, Chicago, IL.) � Film Crew : I had to perform duties dealing with customer service/guest relations such as being a cashier, finding solutions for customer complaints, and assisting special needs guests when called upon. Responsibilities included ticket distribution, maintenance of bathrooms, selling, storing and preparing of hot and cold foods, restocking and maintenance of supplies, emptying trash, and the cleanliness and appearance of the movie theatres. (September 2016 � April 2017. Resigned because of better job opportunity)
? Mariano�s Grocery Store and Eatery (Chicago, IL) � Demo Team : I became the team lead. Responsibilities included setting up displays specific to the day or time of year (i.e. special events on holidays, and different products during different seasons). As a demo team member, there were different stations to work at throughout the store whether it be the deli, frozen meats, sweet shop, the grill, or the bakery. My job was to set up each member of my team with what they would be either preparing and selling, or with what they would be sampling to customers. Responsibilities also included making hot foods upon request from customers, pitching sales for products in store while keeping track of what was sold and how much of the product was used, serving samples on a tray to customers throughout the store, cash monitoring and handling, making signs to catch customers� attention, meeting with managers from every department to push products that were not selling, having excellence customer service and salesperson skills, having knowledge of product (because some people have allergies), and having knowledge of the store (because we were usually the first ones customers saw at the entrance). We also rotated between breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. Some days when my manager was not in, I had the authority to pick what products would be pushed, and how the displays would be set up.
