Experience/Skills:

Colorado Hemp Institute – 06/2018 to 08/2018
• Grower – job duties include daily maintenance and production of the grow operation, including watering, feeding, and canopy grooming of 800+ mother plants of varying strain, clone production of over 90,000 plants, keeping proper records of pH and ppm on run-off samples and treatments, knowledge of proper mixing techniques and pesticide applications, along with standard cleaning and sanitization procedures throughout the facility.

Talon Wine Brands – 07/2016 to 05/2018
• Tasting Room Associate 07/2016-01/2017 – creating an enjoyable tasting experience for customers, promoting and up-selling wine and other merchandise, maintaining a clean environment, stocking wine and other merchandise.
• Wine Club / Shipping Assistant 02/2017-05/2017 – using Excel spreadsheets and online databases to track sales and maintain customer focus. Creating invoices for all wine sales through online systems as well as in the point of sale system. Billing customers, creating shipping labels, setting up and packing wine shipments.
• Production / Maintenance 06/2017-05/2018 – Forklift certified April 2017. Production entails making and bottling wine from grape (as well as fruit and honey) to finished product. It includes filtration, transferring, making additions to wine, barrel work and lab work (trials, pH, brix, FSO2, etc.), maintenance of both tasting room locations (including yard and seasonal work), and safely giving tours of the facility to educate customers. Proper cleanliness and sanitation was a necessity in all daily tasks.

Spoon’s Bistro and Bakery – 02/2013 to 04/2016
• Cashier / Front of the House – includes taking and processing orders, knowledge of prepping and stocking, expediting, barista, take down and set up of dining areas, as well as experience in patient food care for HopeWest Hospice patients.
• Waitress – includes hosting, expediting, bussing, and serving in a fine dining atmosphere. Monthly trainings of food safety, customer service, and other related topics.

Your Best Friends Boarding Kennel and Grooming House – 12/2011 to 07/2012
• Kennel Technician – to care for various pets while their owners were away, with duties that include feeding, cleaning, exercising, and medicating the pets. Customer service responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, reservations, billing, and communicating with clients about our boarding and grooming requirements.
