Sara Bella Assisted Living Construction Project - working for Michael J Looney Inc as an Electrician Foreman. I have been the lead Electrician involved with the complex lighting control system for the Property, and Proudly discovered Tie-In Issues during construction, over 100 devices in the lighting circuits for normal and emergency power, corrected them all personally, which resulted in a successful emergency generator test, the first time this has happened for this company.

Vintage Motorcycle Restoration

Utilize natural skills in construction and mechanics, along with some advanced training, to create and restore projects which can be sold.



Woodworking – Took timber framing class with Northford Timber Framers. Currently self teaching, Wood Joinery, Timber Framing and Furniture Making with Northford Timber Framers in Connecticut. Building a custom furniture maker’s work-bench using Poplar and Bamboo with a 6’ Moxon Vise, also made from Poplar and Bamboo Plywood. Other projects included shaping a corner post for a timber frame house and building some clocks and candle box with dovetail joinery. Created a replica of an 18th century framing saw. METRO NORTH RAILROAD – New York2006-2016

A Suburban Commuter Rail Service Run by the State of New York and the 2nd Busiest Commuter Railroad in North America

Electrical Inspector – Worked at assigned terminals, providing electrical inspection and maintenance of the terminal. Progressed to Maintenance of Way responsible for train station platforms, drawbridge openings. Provided maintenance of some of the most complex electrical equipment in the world. Inspected and reviewed work in accordance with applicable electrical codes and standards included in project drawings and specifications. Maintained a thorough working knowledge of building systems and locations.



Progression – Initially assigned to “walk the properties”, identifying any potential performance or safety issues, including lighting, power and heating. Assignments included Grand Central Terminal and every station from Metro North and all branches east to New Haven and north to Waterbury. Due to job performance, given increasing responsibilities, including inspection of trains.

Special Assignment – Advanced into position involving inspection of Automatic Train Control, the automated system which stops trains due to an issue of the incapacitation of the chief engineer.
