ConEdison, Inc., New York, NY – Proj. Architect for the rehabilitation of two Service Center Facilities, including the renovation of roof, ADA ramp, bathrooms and lockers and lactation rooms. (2018-2019).
New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) 2016-2019 Capital Improvement Program, New York, NY – Proj. Architect Manager for the rehabilitation of school facilities throughout New York City. Interior and exterior repairs, complete system replacement and reconfiguration of existing facilities. Assignments have included auditoriums, computer/technology labs, yoga studio, libraries, locker rooms, gyms. Construction Cost $10 million+ (2017-2019).

Rhode Island Department of Transportation (RIDOT), Warwick, RI – Architectural Designer for a concept design study for the development of a new materials testing laboratory - approximately 39,000 square feet - and a new maintenance building on two empty sites located in Warwick, RI. The conceptual design included site evaluation, functional space programming, two concept plans for each building, preliminary layout studies, cost estimates, 3D massing studies and renderings. Construction Cost: $68 million (2017-2018).
Designer/Assist. Project Manager, New York, NY - Morgan Rolontz Architecture – High end residential renovations from schematic design through construction administration. Responsible for complete sets of drawings, design/detailing, 3D modeling; specifications; drawing/spec packages and responses for building board review/approval; code/zoning research; selection, coordination and communication with consultants, vendors, public agencies and clients; attending on-site construction meetings; mentoring junior staff. Construction Cost: $250,000 to $25 million (2016 – 2017).
Designer/Assist. Project Manager, New York, NY – LAB Architecture – Responsible for the creation of several designs (apartments/multi-family buildings/brownstone/commercial renovations). Worked on outdoor living spaces and furniture design, vegetation configuration, parking lot, pavement and access redefinitions following sustainable architecture guidelines and handicap regulations.
