YOUTH ADVISORY BOARD INTERN, MUSEUM OF POP CULTURE
Led two teams of 12-15 high school aged youth from 2018-2020 to achieve creating and building an exhibit, planning 5-6 events a year, judging multiple competitions, and volunteering at events.
Managed a budget of $7,000 effectively allocating resources to 5 separate events, a museum exhibit, and misc. costs for both the 2018 and 2019 fiscal year.
Through a program called “SoundOff!”, I was asked to manage 12 groups of musicians over the course of 12 weeks to accomplish group interviews, photoshoots, and on-time set delivery.

Communicated with a team of 5-7 people to accomplish high levels of customers satisfaction and error free orders.
Reconciled numerous customer grievances swiftly to the benefit of all parties involved.
Assisted customers in person and over the phone with questions about menu items, catering orders, and a multitude of other questions.
