I started my journey with Wells Fargo back in November of 2016 when I started as a full time teller. A little over a year later in March of 2018 I got promoted to Lead Teller, where I have been able to learned more about the management side. As a Lead Teller, I take care of teller transactions, but I also have a role in coaching my teller team in order to be successful in their roles. I do my best to ensure we follow through with proper precautions when it comes to risk management to protect customers and team members from fraud. I am always looking for ways to improve how we take care of our customers and seek to be an asset to my team.

As an administrative assistant for Peaceful Mind Therapy, I had many responsibilities that included but were not limited to: Scheduling appointments, answering the phone, customer questions and concerns, paperwork and filing documents.
