Developed technologically advanced products and/or processes that enhance product performance through testing. Led a team of 2 technicians with implementation of new test methods and procedures. Built new fixtures that improved center of gravity measurements from delta 0.5mm to 0.25mm. Wrote a program to automate ball dispersion data using C# programming that halved the time. Implemented new calibration system that improved moment of inertia range to less than 1%.

Led a team of 3 engineers in testing 6 types of glass reinforcements for mechanical properties. Conducted 3 test which were shear, flexural and compression test on 500 coupons.
