Experience

Intern, Miracles for Kids; Irvine, CA — May 2019- August 2019
Worked as a summer intern in the programs department for this non-profit organization. Head of the surf camp which entailed organizing a bus to pick terminally ill children up from Children’s Hospital of Orange County and let them experience a day on the beach with their family outside of the hospital. Also ran the back to school drive where we gathered school supplies for the children we sponsor and worked at our Stars and Stripes fundraiser where we raised money to support the children in the hospital and their families.

Barista, Morning Lavender Boutique and Cafe; Tustin, CA — 2017-2018 Worked in a cafe at the back of a retail boutique where I made food and drinks, worked the register, served costumers, and maintained a clean environment.

Customer Service, Zae’s Women’s Boutique; Orange, CA — 2016-2017
Greet and assist customers; generate sales through optimized visual merchandising and personal assistance. Process sales transactions and maintain cash drawers. Maintain the storefront in a presentable, aesthetically pleasing manner.

Community Involvement

Club Strive— 2015-2018
President of a club for special needs teenagers who get to spend time playing games, making crafts, and experiencing normality through other children their age once a month in a safe and welcoming environment.

National Charity League— 2013-2018
Volunteered with charitable non-profit organization since middle school. Holding roles such as parliamentarian, publicity and Tea chair with over 180 hours hours of volunteer service in philanthropies throughout Orange County.

Homes of Hope— 2017- present
Traveled to Tijuana, Mexico for a weekend in December with a group from church to build a house and donate food, clothes, and other resources to a homeless family.
