HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN | WA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH | AUG 2019 - PRESENT
· I have completed a classification position description sampling data analysis to reclassify job titles.
· I will complete a grant research proposal for my supervisor to have the DOH hire a full-time employee for the wellness program.
· I am currently taking as many classes within the states LMS to get familiar with the HRMS.
· I have shadowed a couple of HR professionals to view the processes of the HRMS and inputting data.
· I had created job postings within NEOGOV as well as closed-out job positions that have been filled.
· I am working with another recruiter to help with the new Online Hiring Center for NEOGOV that will go into effect in Jan 2020.
· I am working with the same recruiter to network and advertise job positions.
