• Conducted policy dialogues through various forums enabling justice sector stakeholders to analyze policy implications;
• Produced occasional policy papers and case studies for dissemination through publications, workshops and seminars;
• Helped conduct annual performance review processes, evaluate the quality of the process, prepare reports for the national program steering committee, and disseminate the results;
• Maintained regular liaison with all stakeholders (government, civil society and donors) and assist in periodic NGO consultattions.

• Established strong communication linkages with all field offices (UNHCR) and partner offices (SAFRON/CCAR)
• Participated in the preparation of the program proposal, and developing Terms of Reference for the Needs Assessment, and identification and selection of implementing partners.
• Worked as part of the UNHCR emergency team formed to cater for the 2005 Earthquake Emergency in Pakistan.
