instructed others to create) promos, liners, live reads and PSAs for the station
and made sure they were up to date. I also was responsible for the radio
station's news coverage, collaborating with campus media to ensure consistent
reporting across multimedia platforms and hosting an on-air news show

As Perspectives editor for the Loquitur, the campus news media, I oversaw
the Perspectives (opinion) section both online and in print. This consisted of
assigning article topics, holding a weekly meeting with 4-6 writers in which I
answered any questions they had and assisted them with articles, planning
and executing the page layout and editing all articles in my section. I also
wrote articles for all sections (News, Lifestyles, Perspectives, Sports and
Editorial).

infrastructure and medical care. In this role, I came up with social media
content ideas/scheduling and posting for Light of Marnie's Facebook and
LinkedIn pages. I also used MailChimp to create an email list and send emails
to the donor base.

radio stations. In this position, I researched health-related topics and wrote
segments to be read on-air and blog posts for the station's website. My fellow
interns and I shot and edited 6 health-related interview videos for website
production. I also found, contacted and scheduled guests to be interviewed on
the segment.
