Engage with students before and after class addressing questions is alignment breathing techniques and learning how to slow down in their daily lives.

Courses taken: RYT 200Hr Yoga teachers training
Currently enrolled in Health Coach Institute to incorporate Life and health coaching in my practice and teaching as well. Certification completions date April 2019
