· Research project : Influence of Longitudinal on Shear Strength of RCC beam
Led a group project to understand how a longitudinal hole of different diametres and depth within a reinforced RCC beam would influence its shear strength .I was responsible for creating a budget report and sourcing the material and labor. Mainly the results allowed us to understand what was the optimal diameter for utilities passing directly through beam
· Research Project : Impact of jet on impulse water pump.
Prepared a video presentation showing the working of an impulse water pump and how it could be used in rain water harvesting
· Established baseline Schedule for VA Dorn clinic using Primavera p6 .
The objective of this project was to create a baseline schedule using plans for a veterinary clinic and create various reports including resource analysis and crashed schedule report for optimal baseline schedule . Developed understanding of software in great detail
· created estimate using Bluebeam and RS means for Residential building at Taylor street approximating to $26 million .
Using plans from the real world and assuming the bid document preparation phase a preliminary cost report was to be made using bluebeam as takeoff software and RS means as cost database . This estimate included MEP services along with structural and foundational costs . Managed to reduce cost from $30 million to $26 million using research and alternate materials .
· Virtual Construction project for structure using VICO software and Revit.
Developed a 5D model using Vico software and linking it to a 3D model architectured in revit and sample cost data set in excel
