• Involved in a project for producing an affordable surgical simulator for Lung Lobectomy surgeries using a range of software like SolidWorks (CAD), ITKSNAP and MeshLab (modelling) for tasks such as image segmentation, mold design, pump design and 3D printing
• Supporting a project based on automated catheter tracking, involving segmentation tasks and imaging experiments using different imaging modalities
• Assisting a PhD student in a project to replace lung cancer affected ribs using 3D printing and mold design
• Participated in several surgery observations both traditional and robotic
• Regulating and maintaining the 3D printers within the lab, solving and assisting in fixing any problems with the printers and completing print jobs for other students and staff
