Where I worked many different positions in a cafe at the Senior Living Center. Through this job I received many opportunities to work with people on a personal level as well as gain many communication skills which allow me to be better suited for a more interactive environment.

Volunteer, Northeast Animal Shelter; Salem MA — 2015-2016

Where I interacted with many different people and communication skills were required in order to help animals find potential forever homes. Through this experience, I gained knowledge on how to care for an environment (cleaning, sweeping, folding blankets, organizing) as well as those around me.

Cashier & Sales Associate, Victoria’s Secret, Saugus MA — 2017-2018

Where I learned how to perform under stressful environments, gained much better social skills with customers and helped close the store at the end of the night.

Where I gained much stronger communication skills not only with customers but also amongst coworkers. Through this job I also learned how to work at a faster and more efficient pace thanks to the competitive environment as well as keeping track of numerous customers at once. I also was taught how to continuously reach out to customers for orders as well as keeping them updated on new products that arrived in store as a way of maintaining relationships. I also gained more time management skills and how to maintain an organized work environment.
