At Orthopaedics East, I was able to shadow both physician's assistants and physicians. I became familiar with the workflow of the clinic, and I was exposed to a variety of injuries along with the different recovery processes required for each patient. I was able to observe and study patients overtime in the clinic, and gained a great deal of experience of how to treat patients based on their current injuries and other health problems. I was also introduced to other areas of the clinic, such as the physical therapy and radiology departments, and learned a lot of valuable information in these areas, as well.
