My name is Kenya Wade, I am 18 years old and I attend the University of Massachusetts Boston, however live in Cambridge Massachusetts. I am a Freshman and will be graduating in the year of 2022 in June. In the past, I have worked as a lifeguard, camp counselor, and barista. Working with different types of people in different environments has allowed me to adjust to different settings as well as have very developed communication skills.

Cambridge Rindge and Latin high school: Graduated class of 2018 in June.
University of Massachusetts Boston: Currently enrolled as a freshman with an interest in Physical therapy; expect to graduate in class of 2022 in June.

I was a lifeguard and I watched kids in the pool making sure that they were safe, as well as practicing in a monthly inservice, to demonstrate critical skills in order to save someones life.CPR certified (through Red Cross)

I currently am on the University of Massachusetts Boston women’s soccer team and enjoy playing soccer, which has always been a huge passion of mines. Outside of soccer, I enjoy baking, cooking, making coffee, and reading.
