Ground Test Engineer CH-53K Heavy Lift Helicopter. Developed (SER) Sikorsky Engineering Report Outlines detailed test procedures used to validate the performance of installed aircraft systems and components. Conduct full scale fatigue analysis evaluations and test of Rotating and Stationary Swash-plates. Calculated nominal stress required to cause a fatigue failure in number of cycles applied, Calculated Retirement Time (CRT) Develop Strain Gage Request (SGR) outlines Gauge placement on test specimen; Experimental Test Procedure (ETP) outlines the procedures of the dynamic or static test. Reviewed Qualification Test Procedures (QTP) for out sourced testing.

Selected as part of the team that developed technical manuals and illustrations for the US Navy. Programs included: EMALS, ABO, ARRHB, TPTI. Stress Engineer, September 2002 - December 2005
Worked on the data-side of the team that conducted flight test analysis on CH-47 Chinook Helicopters (both D and F versions). This additionally included the assessment of all vibration and stress level data. Optimized flight test airspeed data for the analysis of alternating stresses. Helped in the development of a fatigue spectrum that was based on flight configuration, mission profile and load-set. Collaborated with the Vehicle Management Systems department and coordinated revisions that initiated Engineering Change Orders in the production of drawings and drawing specifications. Performed stress-analysis of avionics shelving for equipment upgrades to ensure workability of design.

The Boeing Company - Everett, WA
Structural Designer, September 2001 - May 2002
Edited 3D designs of the B777-300 aircraft (floor-beam structure) using the CATIA V4 application. Produced final prints of completed assemblies to be used in manufacturing. Additionally prepared a complete bill of materials for each submitted print. Electronically documented all of these processes per strict Boeing standards.
