OBJECTIVE:
� Seeking a position with a highly reputed Interior Design/Commercial Design firm which will utilize my sound CAD, Revit and manual construction documentation skills.
� Additionally, the position would include work on design projects as an integrated member of the team, performance of basic interior design assignments, and providing assistance to the overall effort of completing various project phases
� My goal is to obtain assignments with an emphasis on higher-level commercial work for training and development purposes.
ACTUAL SKILL OFFERED:
� Graduate of the Art Institute of Houston with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design Program. Immediately �billable� when it comes to Construction Documentation.
� Sound draftsman using CAD, Revit and manual technique and as such, able to correct and update drawings.
� Fluent in Spanish (my first language) and English.
� Proficient in, SketchUp, 3DS Max, PowerPoint, MS Word, and InDesign software programs.
� Have diligent follow-through on every task assigned.
� Resourceful self-starter
� Capable skills with presentation software such Power Point, Microsoft Office, Outlook
