Writing Tutor August 2017– June 2018
• I helped all different types of students compose a college level essay. I made the students critically think by asking them questions about their topic which help compose arguments with evidence.
• I learned to adapt the way I guided the students with their essays depending on each student. Being a tutor has given me great people skills since I worked with students one on one and have held group tutoring as well. I am a certified trained writing tutor.
• While being a tutor I improved the satisfactory score at the writing center

• I train new crew members on all the different stations. As a crew trainer I am required to know how to do every station, as well as the number of hours each product lasts. A crew trainer has to be friendly and positive in order to give great customer service and it also helps the new employees feel more comfortable which allows them to learn faster.
• Focused on food safety/ health regulations and took temperatures for food safety book
• While being crew trainer I improved the drive-thru speed as well as customer satisfaction
