Created plotplans for the Design Department using AutoCad program. Used recently released plotplan program to draw the plotplans in 15 to 30 minutes. Studied the land plats and reviewed lots for home placements. Drew the property lot and the home, then placed the home on the lot and added in the easements, garages, driveways, sidewalks and trees. Setup layers, created and modified geometry, scaling, rotating, stretching objects and using the properties command, plus adding text and dimensions as needed.
