Duties: Relish is an American eatery with a Mediterranean twist, plus a full bar. I am one of the 2 bartenders that work there. My main responsibilities are to open or close the bar, make sure we have fresh garnishes every day for the in-house cocktails that we sell. Make sure we have back-ups ready to serve for the popular cocktails that we sell the most. Give an excellent service to the guests tailored to their needs and have a good knowledge of the menu to be able to explain the food to the people who wants to eat at the bar.

Duties: Café Rabelais is a fine dining French Restaurant. It serves sumptuous French cuisine in its classic, European-inspired eatery. My duties include friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the customer's preference. As a server, I am required to have extensive knowledge about the menu and be able to recommend, I am a team player as well, that means I am also able to assist the restaurant by bussing tables, delivering food and beverages in order to offer always a great service.

These are more sophisticated and luxurious type of events. Most events are high volume and I usually work with 1 or 2 more bartenders. 300 + people and we do Martinis, Manhattans, specialty drinks, cocktails. This is an independent contractor, so I don’t have a schedule. I only work whenever something comes up and I can always say "yes" or "no" depending on my availability.

Southern Spirits Events (06/17 - 03/18) Bartender Supervisor:Jamie James Phone:------------ Duties: Private, high volume, luxury events. This is more like a fine dining event. Greet people, and make sure they have what they need in order to feel comfortable.
