Hi, I'm Andrew but most people refer to me as AJ. I have much experience with customer service and consider myself to be a hard worker and persistent. I am very motivated to work and to get my career going. My dream includes working as a film critic, and I would also love to be a reporter. Before I got promoted to a customer service representative, I was a cashier and a bagger. I would just scan groceries for the customers. When I got promoted, I had to close the store, help out customers with refunds or just finding an item, I had to be in charge of the front end and make sure nothing goes wrong.
