Worked along Audio Engineer Sergio Aguilar in Mexico to produce my second Studio Album. During this process I was in charge of the composition and raw mix of 11 tunes using Logic Pro. This includes creating 11 tunes from scratch. ( Raw mixes were created with help of the "drummer" feature of Logic Pro, as well as some bass lines in Midi).
Once the composition was done, we re-recorded the bass and drums with a real drummer. During this process I would help Sergio set up the Microphones of the drums through the mixer and into Logic.

After that, we did the Mixing phase which we would base upon the raw mix that I did before so the tunes would keep the same escensce as they were created, but with a more professional quality in the sound. In this part Sergio and I would work together in deciding the sound of the compressor, delays, reverbs, room, etc.

This project was my first album, therefore, it was the most amateur and of course the one that I have learned the most of. Through these two years I co-wrote and produced 11 songs with Eduardo Salazar (Certificate in Audio Engineering of Berklee Online) in his house studio. That whole process included songwriting, composition and mixing. When this project begun I didn't know how to use Logic, but throughout those two years of observing Eduardo do it, I learned the basis that lead me to make my second album in Logic Pro produced by myself.

Supervisor/Customer Service Strategies/Sales Strategies

Head of the "Marketing & Psychology of the Customer" Department for a clothing factory that own 22 gift shops and jewelry stores throughout the most popular places for vacation in Mexico such as Los Cabos, Tulum, Cancun, Riviera Maya, among others. My team was conformed by me (Bachelor of International Business) a Psychologist and a Bachelor in Marketing.

There were two aspects of this job:
1.- The clothing factory
2.- The Retail Stores

1.-Tasks for the clothing factory:

� Streamline Manufacturing Processes.

� Analyze the processes of each department of the enterprise and try to come up with upgrades and ideas to make them more efficient.

� Improve the recruiting process.

� Create a database for all the manufactured products, time to make each garment, amount of fabric consumed by each garment, etc.

2.-Tasks for Retail Stores:

� Encourage staff through strategies that strengthen their sense of belonging to the company, such as birthday cards, employee of the month, and sales goal with reward if the objectives are achieved.

� Creation of a complete training course for sales people that included the psycology of the Americans (target market of the company), body language, sales techniques, etc.

� Program of follow-up of the course of sales through weekly exams and analysis of individual sales records.

� Development of the "Career Plan", an excel document that averages factors such as weekly test scores, incidents, employee winner of the month that indicates when a person can be promoted to the next position.

� Re-Make of all the signage inside the stores to give the store a concept through emblematic colors and typography.

� We created an sensorial marketing strategy, we added a scent related to vacation (Pineapple and coconut) in all of the stores and taught the salesmen to make the customer touch the product so it becomes more personal, as well as the visual aspect of the product placements.

� We stated a database with all the countries our customers were from to be more accurate when it comes to sales strategies. All cultures react different to colors, smells, ambiance, language, etc.

� We developed a program through excel macros that automatically adjust the inventory of the stores depending on a formula that includes the past month sales and a percentage of increase or decrease depending on the season and location.
