Ran tool Inventory for a Multi-state construction company in two location warehouses.
Moved the company twice, including all of the tool inventory and the offices.
Delivered and ordered construction supplies in the field and warehouse. Working with the project managers and job foremen on multiple jobs in Washington and Hawaii.
Remodeled a commercial building in Mount Vernon, WA. Tiled all of the common areas including a tile mosaic. Along with five full bathroom remodels.
Worked as a commercial Glazer in shop.

2008-2012 Freight Team Supervisor Home Depot

Showing apartments to prospective tenants, taking applications by appointment, record keeping, restructured entire file system, tenant issues from complaints to maintenance requests.
Painting apartments after tenants move out.
Sheet rocking walls for repair or remodeling rooms.
Plumbing kitchens when tenants moved out. Would remove all Kitchen cabinets, countertops and re-plumb each apartment as needed.
Minor Electrical work including changing light fixtures, outlets, light switches, etc.
Tiling: Removing old tile surrounds and floors, building sub floors, retiling.
Changing building water heaters as needed. Occasionally would re-plumb water lines.
