OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, HOLLAND INSURANCE, AAA
Beginning in June of 2016, I landed a job opportunity with the Treasurer of the City of Holland, working for his insurance company. I had the responsibility of running the office while he was not in. This included answering phones, scheduling meetings, making payments, customer service, receptionist duties. Eventually became more involved in the insurance part of the business and had the opportunity to deal one-on-one with customers.

SOCIAL MEDIA DIRECTOR, HOLLAND INSURANCE, AAA
While working under Vince Bush (Treasurer of the City of Holland) I had the opportunity to run the business’s social media page. I used MailChimp to reach out to large numbers of people, as well as began the Facebook page for the company. Through this, the company attracted non-members, as well as made it easier for those who were already loyal to our company to become even more involved and aware. Unfortunately, when I left the company, the Facebook page was no longer running.

I attended GRCC after highschool and ended with a 3.0 GPA.

BACHELORS DEGREE, GRAND VALLEY STATE UNIVERSITY
Currently attending GVSU for a Bachelors Degree in Advertising and Public Relations.

ACTIVITIES
Although I am looking for a job focused in being a receptionist, volunteering is something I am passionate about. I participate in volunteering for numerous companies such as:
• Holland Rescue Mission- connect with local families during the holidays by serving a meal to the homeless population in the surrounding areas
• Hungry for Christ- organize food packages for a designated amount of time for those in the community
