• Collaborated daily with partner organization and program stakeholders to ensure success of program within the culture of each community; communicated plans and tasks to staff, volunteers, and in-country partner organization; engaged in consistent communication with and provided reports to WinShape headquarter personnel in Atlanta.

• Conducted surveys within several YMCA facilities to study the effects of exercise on individuals with Parkinson’s disease; reviewed and numerically coded the survey participants’ qualitative responses, which provided baseline and recall data; input all data into Microsoft Excel; composed APA APA-style manuscript.
