Currently in a one OA one Clinician office. I am in charge of evaluating, casting, coding, and delivery of devices. We service two hospital full time and north region hospitals when on call.

TECHICIAN/CLINICIAN, ALLIED FAMILY PROSTHETICS
Started out as a Technician working on fabrication of mostly prosthetics. I then began working with Patients and by the end of my time with Allied Family Prosthetics I was seeing Prosthetic Patients under supervision.

BACHOLARS OF SCIENCE, METRO STATE
BS in Biology and a minor in Physics. Focused on Bio-Physics.
DECEMBER 2011
BOC CERTIFICATION
Passed board exams for both prosthetics and orthotics.

� Worked in multi clinician office as well as single clinician office
� Fabricated and modified orthotics and prosthetics � Independent & organized worker
� Worked in hospital setting including on call.

ACTIVITIES
I have worked in large multi practitioner offices to small offices that have just me as the practitioner. I have always prided myself on having a good working relationships. I have worked in several different hospitals ranging from Central Denver to northern Colorado hospitals. I continue to volunteer at Craig Hospital through the RSVP program. I have fit a variety of orthotics and prosthetic inpatient and outpatient and have worked with doctors and supporting staff.
