Responsibilities:
• Development, implementation and updating of the construction schedule to complete the project on a timely basis.
• Provide and maintain logs for RFls, change orders, submittals, Request for Quotations, Correction Notices, Stop Work Notices, and related construction documents.
• Track, process and distribute submittals, RFIs, design submittals, shop drawings, product data, and work plans.

• Coordinate with the Superintendents and Project Managers regarding daily schedules including manpower, equipment, materials, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.

• Write effective proposals, RFIs, Submittals and RFP’s (Request for Proposal), submit project closeout documents to PG&E on regular basis.
• Called in USA (Underground Service Alert) tickets for all the work which needed digging and coordinated PG&E locate marker for exact utility markings close to work location, ensured safety at all times when dealing with underground utility services.
• Schedule and attend pre-construction meetings to discuss scope of work and how to manage traffic issues with Project Managers, Superintendents, City / County Inspectors, PG&E Inspectors.
• Worked on VIEWPOINT a Project Management Software to create job numbers, contracts, Validate, update daily logs, Change orders etc.
• Worked on Auto-CAD 2D to draw top views of work location to provide detailed information of the utility work that must be performed at that designated location.
