My most recent employer was Concentrate Supply Company/Nomad Extracts, where my responsibilities included, but weren't limited to; managing the packaging crew, overseeing inventory,ensuring clients received orders matching their invoice, quality control in the form of cleanliness of product, as well as appearance of external packaging for shelf presentation, preparing securely for shipping, and ensuring nothing left the building without being compliant to state law.
During this time at CSC/Nomad, I also worked part-time as a contracter for Amazon Flex, a delivery service for Amazon, and continue to do so. While this is not a position I can provide a reference for, it is a position i've held for over a year, and performed accurately. Driving is something I enjoy doing for a living, and I don't mind needing to lift packages throughout a shift. I have over 3 years of experience driving for work, and have been a driving manager for two of those years. As well as having been a manager in the cannabis industry for just shy of 1 year.
Before moving into the cannabis industry, I worked as a Master Driver at Papa John's in Aurora IL. As Master Driver, my job was to train new employees on standard store procedures and order efficiency, and to keep deliveries moving smoothly from oven to customer. This includes, but is not limited to; Food preparation, sanitation, routing deliveries based on time and distance, providing excellent customer service, and guaranteeing product quality. I was also often responsible for receiving and processing shipments for the store.
My goal in every endeavor is to do all that I can to work as a team with those around me to
precisely and efficiently complete each task at hand. I believe it is of the utmost importance to lead
by example, and I find it uniquely rewarding to master a skill and perform tasks effeciently.
