scheduling production, managing 40,000 gallons of liquid inventory, blending for packaging

o Designed new micro-fermentation procedure for evaluating new wine techniques
o Analyzed wine using gas chromatography and mass spec to characterize wine fingerprint
o Novel descriptions of yeast strains effects in Eastern US grapes
