STRATEGIC PLANNING AND CONSULTATION
Supervise and monitor all efforts to integrate best practices, regulations and mandates (state and federal) through interviews, observations, audits and data analysis, effective monitoring and tracking as well as providing mentoring and training. Utilize Continuous Quality Improvement methodology (CQI) to design, develop and implement a comprehensive assessment system for summative and formative evaluations on service delivery and overall performance, based on standardized and created benchmarks.

• Advise business owners and executive leadership on improvements to business processes and staff performance, develop a proactive approach to non-compliance issues through supervision, observation, monitoring, technical assistance, training and follow-up (Plan, Do, Check, Act).
