South Asian American Policy and Research Institute (SAAPRI) June 2014 – October 2014

- Assisted with the access initiative by surveying the South Asian population in specific Chicago neighborhoods and asking participants about their access to and views on health care.
- Analyzed and documented health care access survey data that SAAPRI used to better understand health care access throughout Chicagoland area for varying South Asian American communities.
- Attended meetings with the Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) which discussed health initiatives for South Asian residents of Chicago.

Danville, IL Office of Congressman John Shimkus June 2014 – August 2014
