Remediation was conducted on 16k samples that failed the initial quality screening. Failed samples consisted of those with purity lower than 80%, no target confirmation, or no purity at all. Quality control was conducted using UHPLC and HRMS

Synthesis of novel compounds parting from a common core with the means to find an effective treatment for glioblastoma. Synthesis of molecules that inhibit ccr1 receptors in macrophages in the brain.
