Cost Estimation of The Stonelake Apartment Complex. Jan 2018- May 2018
The project involved preparing the bidding package comprising of a detailed estimate of quantities based on drawings and specifications, costing of all items by using Timberline software, subletting the selected works to the sub-contractors based on their quotes. Submitting final bidding package and the bid amount of 30Million dollars with all required documents. Calculated Productivity rate and Total cost using RS means 2016.
Design and Energy Analysis of existing bungalow by using Revit software. Jan 2018- May 2018
Four different models were designed of the same bungalow with some changes for energy conservation and all the designs were tested by doing energy analysis using Revit software. Scheduled activities by using Navisworks software.
Teasley Retail Center Scheduling Works. Jan 2018- May 2018
Developed schedule for Teasley retail center by using Primavera P6. It involved Quantity take-off, cost estimation, preparing the work break down structure for the project, also manually by CPM. Calculating the duration for each work package based on the productivity, assigning resources, applying the logic ties to each activity to schedule the project.



Construction of two miles Parallel tunnels for laying pipeline Aug 2018 – Dec 2018
All the detail quantity of the items such as excavation, filling, concrete bedding were estimated. All the quotation for RCC pipelines were compared using internet and the one which is economical as well as the one which has good reviews was selected. All the equipment’s were compared for economy as well as to complete the project as soon as possible. Scheduling of the entire project was carried out and the project required 110 days for completion.
