The summer of 2013 and 2014 I traveled with National Geographic to Costa Rica for community service. In Costa Rica I volunteered in a village called Pozo Azul while also immersing myself in the Costa Rican culture. In the Village we worked in the local farms and aided in the painting of the local school.

Ducks Unlimited is an organization that helps raise money to conserve wildlife reservations. As a member of Ducks Unlimited I help plan our semester events like the annual oyster roast and the spring banquet.

I am a member of Phi Beta Chi sorority which is a Christian sorority on the UNC Chapel Hill campus.
