 Launched and developed the Choice Not Chance All Male Conference, in partnership with Wake County Public School and its Equity Affairs Department to expose and resolve the obstacles for the prosperous future
 Managed, coached and mentored the annual giving and event project coordinator; oversaw their production and professional development to achieve a cohesive team and successful events.
 Administrated all stages of the event life cycle, from strategic planning, vendor negotiations, staffing, and reconciliation and succeeded to save clients an average of 10% from the overall cost of the event.
 Organized the various companies’ international summit, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for hundreds of attendees and delivered motivational speeches to live audiences in a variety of conferences.
 Designed and successfully executed The Parenting on Purpose “Incubator” Workshop in partnership with Wake County Public School System and Clarence E Lightner Y Achievers Program, aim to support and strengthen existing parenting abilities and promote the development of new competencies.
 Featured on WRAL Tarheel Talk and WRAL Noon News, Charlotte News & Observer and the Miami Herald to discuss and produce the Choice Not Chance documentary as well as to describe various initiatives that provide support to young African American males in the community.

 Conducting research, surveys and groups/interviews with members of the DV Commission to assess the pros and cons of possible strategies for elimination of Domestic Violence.
 Directing a process of continuous improvement for implementation and development of services and programs to access Domestic Violence by organizing Summit.
 Escalating awareness of victimization by facilitating events under the pre-determined budget, defeating barriers and identifying promising strategies for reaching and supporting underserved populations of victims.
 Ensuring reliable transportation access (public or private) for individuals with disabilities to minimize transportation-related exclusion or conflict by using Uber/Lyft/Public or Church Vans/mini-buses etc.
 Building the capacity of victim service professionals to reach and support un-served or underserved victims (Hispanic, Teens/Adolescents, LGBTQ, Males, and People with Disabilities).
 Overcoming communication barriers of Limited English Proficiency with language access services and improving access to effective care for people who have mental health and substance use disorders.
