• In endocrinology and nephrology department, managed the supplies and nursing equipment for the entire department. Was in charge of distributing new guidelines for the workspace and updating nurses with their daily appointment list.
• Aided management with restructuring the department work process to make it more efficient.
• Verified upcoming appointments and correct contact information.
• Formatted a instruction guide for new equipment.
Impact Talent Group (Talent Agency) Internship summer 2018
• Aided agent with submitting talent to casting auditions via online submission, emails, and phone calls
• Administered auditions/meetings for the agency with potential clients
• Part of committee for rebranding the agency. Such as choosing a logo, offering suggestions for website, and editing mission statement.

• Had multiple roles including making drinks, handling the cash register, restocking supplies and coffee/espresso beans, and keeping the work area clean.
