Active Vibration Isolation in Volvo Asphalt Compactor(Capstone) Fall 2018
• Modeled, virtually and physically, an active method to minimize vibration
transferred from the drum to the frame of an asphalt compactor.
• Integrated new design into existing compactor CAD model and performed
deflection and fatigue analyses.
