Person Assistant Resume
Dear Recipient:
I am a creative and hardworking individual. I have had experiences that I believe lend useful for this position. This past year, I was an Au Pair (international nanny) for a high society family in Paris France. I took care of three children and help run the household as a personal assistant. Both parents work full time and the father also travels for work quite frequently. I helped to balance everyone's busy schedules from tutors to sports practices and school work. I was also a nanny for the past 5 summers for a family in the US, while also holding a waitress job. I had to balance my work schedule and the family’s complex schedules to make the best solution for everyone. I was also an intern at the city of Westfield’s Parks and Recreation department. I interned under one of their senior event planners. I helped to organize a 5k run as well as work with vendors and create advertisements via social media. I also helped to prepare for future city events. Currently, I am working as a remote personal assistant for a popular blogger to help with marketing and communications. I help manage social media accounts and email correspondences.
I also have much travel experience. I also come from a family that has always put an emphasis on travel. When I was young we moved to Ireland and since then, have taken every opportunity to travel across Europe and the United States. I created a wonderful opportunity to live in Paris for the year. This year I have planned and organized trips to Rome, London, Ibiza, Belgium, Barcelona, and Northern England. I have also created itineraries for those traveling to Paris. I had to create these opportunities and produce the travel itineraries myself to make sure we were able to travel with convenience, it was cost-effective, and overall a smooth and pleasurable experience for everyone involved. I feel very comfortable traveling any distance alone or with other people.
I know how to talk to people and am not afraid to ask for opportunities. I am a quick learner. I am extremely determined and highly organized. I know how to work with high profile clients as well as working high-class events. I have been involved in Paris fashion weeks as well as assisting top influencers and other top clients in travel and daily life. I am currently studying psychology, I believe that this lends to having a deeper understanding of people and how they work. I believe I am a unique individual that can bring a lot to your team. I am willing to do every task that is needed from walking a pet and doing laundry to booking flights and balancing a schedule. I know you have a unique schedule and I am quite flexible and able to work to avoid any crisis and keep your life running smoothly. I am willing to relocate.
