Partner closely with store employees and leadership, driving profitable results across the store. Play a lead role in administering back office procedures. Assist store leadership in daily responsibilities to include: researching customer escalations, scheduling, hiring processes, and new employee on- boarding.

As a Customer Service Specialist, I have to uncover customers� needs, then following through with enlightening solutions. During the customer experience in the store, I'm in charge of bringing a good environment with greetings to customers and offering the solutions the fix their needs with our products and services. Part of this solutions get tracked individually and as department, as a part of my job I motive the team to meet the department goals and training them to be above and beyond.

Manage the social networking company, projecting the brand as an agency that strives to provide excellent customer service throughout the process, from pre to after sales.
Tracking customers through surveys where the problems the company had detected, listening to reviews mentioned by customers; translating in potential solutions making small changes to improve the service.
Cleaning in the logo company, unifying the graphic line and projecting consistently homogeneous brand in different social media where it reaches its target market. At the same time, I design and create a menu for customers. These appetizers are offered to guests during their time in the showroom while making the purchase / sale of your vehicle.
Created different promotional arts according to the seasons I was in the company, such as back to school, halloween, thanksgiving day, black friday, christmas time, etc. Also, I was in charge of all company publications in magazines and national newspapers, as well the design and development all promotional items (POP material), banners, towers, flyers, etc, for different car shows associated to Anadive (National Association of Vehicle Dealers).
Diagramming business proposals submitted to various pioneer authorized dealers with all the necessary background material, to create business relationship between agencies and become authorized different brands of vehicles offering dealers.

As well, I did an intership with Sommes company to manage social networks franchise fast food restaurant located in Santo Domingo. Also, I've been working lately with different projects designing logotypes, digital arts and wall decal for different clients.''
