We use Mysis and Sage systems.
• I am responsible for signing for and receiving all incoming material into Mysis.
• I open and verify items, put away material on stock shelves and maintain locations in system.
• I pull and kit all orders for production, maintain all shortages on spreadsheet for our plant.
• I am certified to drive forklift. I unload trucks with incoming materials and load trucks for outgoing shipments.
• I create and maintain finished goods inventory spread sheet.
• I handle processing of warranty parts orders and parts sales orders. We ship materials out via UPS and use freight quote.
• I service production for all needed materials throughout day,
• I create parts changes tickets for all material changes needed to bill of materials.
• I can create purchase orders to order parts needed for production and stock room.
• I can create Bills of lading for out going shipments
