PROFILE
Paul Burdick is a percussionist who recently completed his Masters in Performance at Portland State University. He most recently studied with Chris Whyte of the Portland Percussion Group and Jon Greeney of the Oregon Symphony, and formally with Grammy-Award Winning percussionist Nick Terry of the Los Angeles Percussion Quartet. He performs frequently as a soloist and an ensemble musician and has won numerous awards and competitions. Most recently, he performed with the Portland Ballet in their production of Stravinsky�s Firebird. In the past Paul toured as principle percussionist with the Peninsula Symphony and Orange County Youth Orchestra in Europe. Paul has received awards from Chapman University and the Peninsula Musician Association for Percussionist of the Year 2018 and Outstanding Musicianship Award 2014.
