As a Hunting Team Lead, I handle processing background checks (4473) and then file them. I also use my computer skills to work with word documents and the systems that Bass Pro use in order to make things easier for the associate and the customer. I communicate with the associates and the customer so that the customer is satisfied with what they are after.

At my internship, I studied along with other students on simple court cases and procedures local to Utica. I got the internship through Oneida County BOCES Criminal Justice Program. It was not a long internship, but learned what each person has a roll to make sure that everything is well planned and follows procedures.

My Internship through college I helped with the paperwork in the offices if the employees needed help in catching up with the event for a different Law Enforcement Agency. I got to learn what it took in creating the training classes that was taken place their.

LEADERSHIP
I am a Hunting Team Lead and is just under the manager of the Hunting Department. I lead several associates and separate the duties needed so that we can have a fluent, functioning department.
