I am currently working on College level courses in HR field I am graduating December 2019 with my BA in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management. I can acquire any Human Resources Certification needed. I have 5+ years’ experience in a professional HR environment, HR supervisory experience and Office management experience. Knowledgeable in employment law. I have experience in full-cycle recruiting and interviewing all level job applicants including management, technological, skilled trades in various companies that range from small office to large nationwide manufacturing programs. I have experience in both HR and Benefits Administration to include benefit enrollment including FMLA approval. I have many years of job design, writing job descriptions and analysis of duties and compensation and wage negotiation. Reviewing and writing policies, procedures, and expectations.
