Dear Makewell Art recruiting,
I’m writing to introduce myself and express my interest in becoming a part Buck’s team in the 3D Artist position. I am a recent graduate of the FSU College of Motion Picture Arts where I majored in 3D modeling, sculpting, concept art, and rendering.
My experience both directing my own short film as well as art directing others provide me with an expertise in self-management and collaboration. I’ve also focused much of my education on studying human anatomy, color, and composition to make sure every piece of content I create captures the viewer’s eye. Along with artistic expertise, I also possess technical skills in a number of 2D and 3D software and the ability to pick up new programs quickly.
I have spent the last few years working freelance, developing customer service skills that allow me to work efficiently, communicating every step of the way in order to end up with a product that both the customer and I are thrilled with. That drive paired with my eye for composition, color, and knowledge of anatomy as well as technical skills in programs such as Zbrush, Keyshot, and Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is what I think makes me a good fit for the 3D Artist position at Makewell Art.
