Creating food for others is a gift that is sustainable, beneficial, and artistic. It is a way to show love without using any words. I learn quickly and passionately because spreading love in this way is important to me. I hold my own creations to the highest standard so that those who eat them thoroughly enjoy the experience.

Live-in Nanny
December 2019 through March 2020 - St. George, UT
Same children as previous nanny position, their mother is a single mom with an autoimmune disease and asked me to move in with her to help out temporarily.
Grand Central Bakery
May through December 2019 - Portland, OR
Kept pastry quality up to spec. Rotated between each station daily: Hobart mixer, Kemper mixer, ingredient scaler/cookie depositor, and sheeter. Bench work: rolling croissants, whole wheat and brioche cinnamon rolls, forming pie shells, forming rugalach.
Wisconsinburger August 2018 through May 2019 - Spokane, WA
Controlled the flow of customers throughout the restaurant. Sat and served tables.
Completed BOH food prep.
Ran the fryer and plated food for the head chef.
2nd Base Espresso
October 2017 through June 2018 - Spokane, WA
Ran a drive-through coffee stand alone during my shift. Kept track of and stacked inventory.
