Tax Intern - Fox, Byrd, & Company
As a tax intern, I scanned tax workpapers and prepared them using PDF software. I prepared
individual and business tax returns along with franchise tax, filed federal and state extensions,
worked with asset depreciation, prepared cash journals, balance sheets, oil & gas working interest
spreadsheets as well as communicated with the firm’s clients working with a sense of urgency to
complete assigned work in a timely and accurate manner.

2006– 2020
Spanish Teacher - Sulphur Springs High School
Spanish 1 teacher and team leader. I aligned the curriculum for Spanish I and cultivated positive
collaboration in my team. As the team leader, I mentored and supervised new Spanish teachers and
delegated tasks to increase efficiency. I analyze data and streamline instructional methods to meet
performance measures. I presented and demonstrated educational technology at the district-wide
summer learning conferences. I have also participated in my departments’ Professional Learning
Community for the past six years.

I began teaching at North Lamar soon after I graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce. I taught Spanish
