As a sales associate, I started off as a Cashier and was only at the position for roughly a month before I started training to work on the sales floor. Three short months after, I was then trained at Customer Service. Through these few months, I was working every position possible for a Sales Associate, and I loved it! My greatest accomplishment was being Team Member of the Month for two months in a row, which meant that out of everyone who was working, I signed up the most amount of customers to apply for the company credit cards.
