Director of Marketing/Senior Property Manager, 124 Marketplace
• Managed all aspects of the business including marketing, branding, social media, cross promotion, property management, communication, leasing, and event planning operations. 124 Marketplace is an 88-unit luxury apartment building in the heart of downtown West Chester, PA.
Branding
• Created and developed the 124 Marketplace brand, marketing campaign and strategic market positioning. Operating in a competitive market against national competition, our unique brand and value proposition set us apart. Successfully promoted and positioned the brand from inception.
• Established a clear brand identity that heightened visibility and cultivated awareness that directly led to customer acquisition and retention.
• Developed and executed overall brand strategy that differentiated our product in the marketplace.
• Gave the 124 Marketplace brand inherent and tangible qualities that were evident not only with our ascetics and marketing but in my sales presentation, day-to-day operations and overall atmosphere in the building.
• Our unique brand clearly defined our value proposition, made it easy to stand out, navigate the marketplace and maintain success in all daily operations leading to the successful sale of the property in September of 2019.
Marketing/Social Media
• Developed and executed overall marketing strategy that increased exposure, potential customers and overall revenue.
• Creatively skilled and imaginative on social media platforms. Created, ran, and developed our social media accounts, marketing strategy and various advertising campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Yelp.
• Forged and developed successful partnerships with the local business community using cross promotion that gained awareness and exposure for our brand as well as our partners.
• Head of all digital marketing platforms. Responsible for overseeing and managing the property website and all 3rd party platforms including editing, updating, layout, creative design, SEO campaigns and more.
• Website development/management- Integral part in the creation, development, and management of the 124 Marketplace website and the recent redesign/re-launch of the McCool Properties website. Used data/analytics to implement design changes, manage SEO/Google Adwords campaigns and overall strategy.
Sales/Management
• Supervised all activities related to the building from leasing to general property management duties.
• Immense experience in contract negotiation and sales from my direct responsibilities that included all leasing/renewal negotiations. Persistent follow up and customer service prowess defined me in this role.
• Persevered and used creative problem solving skills to combat challenges from competition to successfully operate and achieve 100% occupancy the vast majority of the time.
• Successful liaison between management and residents/prospects. Clearly communicated each parties’ goals and used analytical problem solving to generate the best outcome for both parties.
• Operated in a competitive, ever changing, fast paced atmosphere where I constantly had to think on my feet and use my best judgment to solve problems/issues. Went above and beyond my duties to generate sales, keep residents/management happy and complete tasks in a timely and efficient matter.

Event Planning/Community Cultivation
• Hosted, created, and planned successful tenant events including weekly happy hours, themed parties, special events, building trips to sports venues and more. Our events engaged and fostered our community atmosphere that made 124 Marketplace more than walls, but a true community. This gave us a competitive market advantage that directly led to the acquisition and retention of customers.
• Combined with our events and my presence in the building, my relationship building skills were crucial in defining our brand, sales goals, event attendance and overall success of the building.

New Age Insiders Entertainment
Podcast Host/Contributor- New Age Insiders Network June 2016-February 2018
• Created, developed, promoted and edited my own weekly wrestling podcast on the New Age Insiders Network. Launched in June of 2016, my show was an extension of the New Age Insiders brand and analyzed the business from all aspects each and every week. Successfully branded and promoted the show on social media that gained instant popularity, more followers, listens, and interactions from fans. Became the most popular and highest rated show on the network at the time. Interviewed and featured guests from around the wrestling universe, including writers, media personalities, fellow hosts and wrestlers themselves.
• Created “The 3 Count” an interactive segment that promoted and encouraged fan interaction. Fans tweeted and sent their questions that were discussed and debated on the show. Initially only a segment, “The 3 Count” took over the show due to an overwhelming amount of fan engagement and popularity. Received up to 100 questions per episode.
• Participated and appeared in live on-location shows at WrestleMania and SummerSlam with other NAI Network hosts.
Wrestling R------------
Podcast Host/Contributor/ On-Air Talent September 2015- September 2017
• Wrote news articles, editorials, opinion pieces, hosted the Wrestling Rumors Podcast and appeared on Wrestling Warm-Up, a live PTI style pre-show before all World Wrestling Entertainment shows and Pay Per View events. Created, developed, promoted and edited the Wrestling Rumors Podcast from scratch that grew from 200 listens to 5,300 for one episode and propelled me to other opportunities in the business. Planned, promoted and participated in a live on-location WR Pod at WrestleMania 32 in Dallas at a local sports bar.

University of Michigan Wolverines Ice Hockey
Statistics, Analytics and Video Intern September 2014-April 2015
• Assisted the coaching staff in a variety of capacities related to the teams success on the ice, including filming practices and games, compiling statistics and advanced analytics, and scouting Michigan and its opponents.
• Example duties included compiling home ice time during games, filming, pre-scouting opponents on XOS Hockey software, making shot charts based off previous games, and working on drill books for practice.
• Worked home games, during the week at practices and traveled to select away games. This includes the 2015 Big Ten Championship Tournament as well as two games at Penn State filming for the team at both events.

USA Hockey-National Team Development Program January 2013-November 2014

• Assisted the program in a variety of tasks during U17 & U18 games including compiling hockey statistics/analytics, marketing, public relations, and gameday operations.

Sports Writer/Video & Social Media Assistant
• Wrote mostly about the Eagles and the NFL along with some Flyers articles for G C------------, a site owned by former Eagles LB Garry Cobb that focuses on not only the Eagles, but also covers other professional Philadelphia sports teams. This includes game recaps, NFL Power Rankings, news articles and more.
• Accompanied Garry Cobb to the Nova Care Complex and Eagles Training Camp attending practice, media availability, press conferences and more. Filmed a variety of football activities, practices and helped with social media during my time there.
